I was on Love Island and can tell Dami and Indiyah are doomed – she deserves someone fully invested says Samira Mighty
A FORMER Love Island contestant has called out one couple as "doomed" after watching them on this year's series.
Samira Mighty, who rose to fame on the ITV2 dating show in 2018, gave her verdict on the couples ahead of next week's final.
Love Island has seen one on-off couple solidify in recent episodes, as Indiyah Polack and Dami Hope finally settled their Casa Amor drama.
However, Samira, 26, is not convinced it's for the best, and actually thinks the couple will "NOT go the distance" outside the villa.
Writing in Closer magazine, the reality TV star suggested that Indiyah, 23, "deserves someone" who is more "invested" in her.
"Sadly, I don't see Dami and Indiyah going the distance," Samira wrote. "She's amazing and deserves someone who is fully invested in her."

She went on to slam Dami, 26, as she concluded her column: "I was really disappointed by the way Dami acted in Casa Amor."
It comes after fans were left convinced that Indiyah and Dami had secret sex in the Hideaway - but it was NEVER shown on camera.
Viewers think that the couple have stuck together despite their Casa Amor difficulties because of a "soul tie" from getting intimate in the bedroom together during their night away.
Fans have watched Dami and Indiyah try to settle their differences after the microbiologist strayed in Casa Amor.

Their on-off romance appeared to settle in recent evenings, despite a number of revelations about his behaviour in the Movie Night.
The drama saw Indiyah later throw Dami's ring into the pool after he shared a snog with Summer Botwe in a game - after their fling during their time in the separate villa.
However, despite the upset - Dami and Indiyah appeared to make their relationship "exclusive" earlier this week.
Fans think that the couple are sticking together after having secret sex in the Hideaway - which was never shown in any episodes.

"I think Indiyah and Dami have been to the Hideaway during non-filming days and did a thing. It’s giving soul tie," one wrote on Twitter.
Another chimed in: "Dami and Indiyah have had sex then, because for this level of blind loyalty it has to be more than surface level."
A third agreed that it might not have been shown, adding: "Indiyah and Dami gotta be f**king and edited out, I'm missing a detail here."
"Why is Indiyah still feeling Dami so much, have they had sex?" a fourth concluded of their continued bond.
