Where Big Brother 3 cast are now – from ‘name change’ after infamous escape to very ‘normal’ jobs and car crash tragedy
BIG Brother has given us some absolutely iconic housemates over the years.
But series three gave us This Morning host Alison Hammond, as well as Kate Lawler, who won the £70,000 grand prize - and recently revealed the game-changing show was even wilder than Love Island.
Jade Goody and Adele Roberts are also household names who first found fame in the 2002 series.
But, with Big Brother having returned to our screens with 16 new faces, we reveal where the series three cast are now, with some doing very normal jobs.
Jade Goody
Jade was known for asking “am I minging” and her on-screen faux pas.
But tragically seven years after finishing fourth, she passed away from cervical cancer aged just 27.
MORE BIG BROTHER FEATURE
Her son Bobby, 20, with Jeff Brazier, is currently starring in EastEnders as mischievous Freddie Slater, and is in this year's Strictly Come Dancing lineup, with Dianne Buswell.
Jade’s legacy lived on after her death, with doctors seeing a rise in women booking smear tests after her passing.
Lee Davey
Beefcake Lee wasn’t in the house very long but found love with fellow contestant Sophie Pritchard.
The pair became the first contestants to wed and soon after had a baby together.
But 10 months later they split and have since gone their separate ways.
Lee is now working as a freelance footie reporter while Sophie has been living life privately.
Kate Lawler
Winner Kate had a romance with ski instructor Spencer Smith during the third series.
She said they secretly romped under the covers but were never picked up on camera.
She now works in radio but left her job this year to concentrate on being a mum.
She said: "I really tried to make it work while juggling lots of other projects and being a Mother, however right now, it’s no longer possible to continue the way I have been."
The 43-year-old welcomed baby Noa with hubby Martin Bojtos in 2021 by c-section.
She has since spoken up about suffering with post-natal depression.
Adele Roberts
After Big Brother, Adele started working in local radio and was such a success she ended up on BBC Radio One - only quitting last year.
In 2019, Adele appeared in I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here and was eliminated from the jungle first.
She has documented her fight with bowel cancer and celebrated being cancer-free last year.
Alison Hammond
She might have been the second to be evicted but she’s had one of the biggest careers of the lot.
After the show Alison went on I’m A Celeb, Strictly and Celebrity MasterChef, and even landed a roving reporter gig on This Morning from 2003.
She replaced Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford as regular Friday presenters on the show with Dermot O’Leary in 2020.
