Aftersun fans call for Love Island star to replace Laura Whitmore amid complaints over Ekin-Su remarks
LOVE Island fans have called for Laura Whitmore to be replaced by Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu after her "bitter" comments about the Islander.
Viewers have revealed they were hoping the Turkish soap star was next in line to replace her as the ITV2 show's host on Aftersun since the presenter announced her departure.

Laura, 37, came under fire earlier this month for comments made about Ekin-Su, 27, and her antics in Casa Amor.
The Love Island host was slammed by fans as she questioned what the soap star had been up to with dumped Islander George Tasker.
Despite Ekin-Su repeatedly denying that anything had happened, Laura continued to question it on an episode of Aftersun.
Laura kicked off by saying: "Once again Ekin-Su swore that nothing happened with George and it seems Davide doesn’t believe her."

As Laura burst into laughter, singer and show guest Tom Grennan exclaimed: "It deffo happened though didn’t it"
Instead of shutting down the conversation, Laura then turned to Sian Welby to ask her opinion on Ekin-Su's Casa Amor behaviour.
The comments left her family and friends feeling very uncomfortable, as they took to social media to call out Laura for "s**t shaming" Ekin-Su on TV.
Since then, fans have called for the Turkish star to REPLACE Laura as the presenter of Love Island, after she announced her departure.

Dozens took to Twitter to slam Laura as "bitter" as they admitted they were desperate to see Ekin-Su on their screens.
"No wonder Laura is so bitter towards Ekin-Su, she is coming for her job," one fan kicked off the debate.
Another chimed in alongside a snap of Ekin in the villa: "Saying this with all disrespect to Laura, Ekin-Su needs to replace her."
"I’m sorry but can we pls give Ekin-Su, Laura’s presenting job after she’s out of the villa," a third agreed.

A fourth chimed in: "We need a new host, Ekin!" as a fifth concluded: "Ekin-Su is a better presenter. Give her the job!"
It comes after Love Island's Aftersun was hit with more than 400 complaints after Laura's comments about Ekin-Su.
The comments about Casa Amor left those in charge of her social media reeling - as they hit back against the "s**t shaming".
“The fact that the s*** shaming is being passed off as banter and good television is very concerning at this rate," Ekin-Su's friends and family penned on her Instagram stories.
Her followers were on a similar wavelength, with one writing: “Laura Whitmore encouraging the aftersun panel to speak about the Ekin and George situation yet we say one negative word about her presenting and it’s all be kind? End this show now."
A second added: “Actually feel ill looking at the s*** shaming about Ekin Su and Laura Whitmore only encouraging it yet if someone says BOO to her, she cries be kind. I'm probably going to switch off."
Others defended Laura though and insisted she was just covering what was relevant to the show.

In the much-talked about scene between Ekin and George, the actress was seen looking very flustered after cosying up next to the lad in the bed.
As the duo got close, Ekin-Su moaned: "For f*** sake," and George later told her that she was a "nightmare".
