VIEWERS of Channel 4’s Come Done With Me were left raging before the latest episode had even started airing.
Livid fans took to Twitter after producers made a mistake on the location of one of the restaurants, Gate, stating it was located in Cardiff.
Beneath an official post Come Dine With Me: The Professionals teasing the latest establishments to compete, the complaints rolled in.
One fan mocked the show's researchers, writinf: "The Jockey is in New Inn, about 25 miles out, but well done on your research.”
Another fan echoed: “The Gate is most definitely NOT Cardiff. I drive past it most days, it’s Llanfrechfa, Cwmbran, plus The Horse and Jockey is in Pontypol, New Inn.”

Another agreed, saying: “Indeed, my niece is in this ep in the Jockey. I used to live literally around the corner from there. It was a great pub in the day, too.”
Another chimed in: “It’s nowhere near Cardiff!”
One angry user added: “In and around Cardiff? Doesn’t equate to places nearly 25 miles out. New Inn, for example. The same way Newport isn’t “in and around Bristol.”
While another simply swiped: “It’s in Ponthir.”
The fans also criticised one of the contestant's behaviour on the show, saying: "I'm astounded at how unbelievably super critical Gareth was of Joel's food... if you are going to criticise someone do it constructively... Gareth is not a nice man."
Despite all the complaining before the episode aired, other viewers enjoyec the episode: "Entertaining, got to admit it."
At the end of the show, The Gate pair were crowned the winners.
Come Dine With Me: The Professionals airs weekdays at 5pm on Channel 4 and watch free on All 4.
