LONG Island Medium Theresa Caputo looked totally different without makeup as she rocked her bigger-than-ever hair in new photos.
The reality star posted unedited pics as she continues to switch up her iconic style.
Taking to Instagram, Theresa, 56, gave her followers an update from Lake Como, Italy.
She shared a series of photos from her vacation with her son Larry Jr, 31.
And it appears that her famous hairstyle has only grown in size.
In one photo, Theresa’s signature bouffant appeared almost as big as the pizza she was about to tuck into.

Other snaps flaunted her whopping do as she posed in front of the stunning riviera scenery.
Theresa showed off an array of summery outfits including a pink Gucci tracksuit and a bold-patterned dress.
She wore little to no makeup in the seemingly unedited pics.
In the caption, she wished her followers “Buongiorno,” which is Italian for “Good morning”.

The Long Island Medium star became a grandma in February as her daughter Victoria welcomed a daughter, Michelina Rose, with her husband Michael Mastrandrea.
