Tim Lovejoy swipes that MasterChef’s John And Gregg ‘don’t know what they’re talking about’ in the kitchen
Tim Lovejoy blasted Master Chef judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace, saying his cooking show rivals “don’t know what they’re talking about.”
The popular host, made a swipe about the Master Chef’s while discussing his time on Celebrity MasterChef from 2011. Tim claimed John and Gregg hadn’t known what they were talking about and hinted his elimination from the show was part of a “conspiracy theory”.
This comes as former EastEnders star Richard Blackwood appeared as a guest on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch to talk about appearing on the upcoming series of Celebrity MasterChef.
While Richard spoke about being on the show, Simon Rimmer asked: “But did you listen to people?”

Richard replied, saying yes, before sharing, that he was given a valuable piece of advice over a particular dish which helped him.
He continued: “they [person who helped] know who they are”
Richard went on to add: "Tim did it and they sort of listened until he got to the point where, Tim being Tim, he felt he knew everything and was told the dish he was going to cook was maybe not quite complicated enough for when you get to the quarter-finals, whatever it was -
"But Tim said, 'Oh, it will be fine,' even though John and Gregg said, 'It needs to be a little bit more complex'."
Tim bantered: "You go online there's a lot of conspiracy theories. John and Gregg do not know what they're talking about."
The former EastEnder's star, and the rest of the guests on the show chuckled when Tim made the joke.
