Gogglebox star Mica Ven reveals she’s become a grandma at 43 as she jokes about her age
GOGGLEBOX star Mica Ven is relishing in her “Granternity leave” after becoming a grandmother at 43.
The proud Channel 4 star took to her Instagram page to reveal her happy news and revealed the new arrival is called Koko.
Mica, who appears on Gogglebox with long-term partner Marcus Luther, captured herself kissing the baby’s feet as they snuggled on a quilt.
She flashed a beaming smile as the adorable new arrival wriggled around.
In a gushing caption, Mica said: “Don’t mind me, I’m just round here enjoying Granternity leave from work.
“Blessed & Grateful beyond measure to have our 1st Grandchild.

“She’s beautiful, She’s healthy and I’m gonna try my very best as her Granny to remember She’s not actually mine. But she’s MINE.”
Mica, whose own children never appear on the show, added: “Welcome to this crazy world Koko. You’ll grow up to be well respected & well protected in these streets. Mama Love.”
Later on, she told how she had accidentally deleted the video in her new granny roll.
The reality TV star joked: “Scroll on, I’m already moving like an old Granny, I pressed the wrong button & instead of pinning- I removed my Koko news reel from my profile grid by mistake, so I’m a just put her tootsies right back on my timeline😁👣❤️.”
Her Gogglebox co-star Izzy Warner gushed: “Aww how lovely, congratulations all of you.”
Stephen Webb then joked: “Glamaa.”
Recently, Mica and Marcus posed in a rare snap with their rarely seen youngest kids.
The couple shot to fame in 2018 when they joined the Channel 4 show for its 11th series.
Marcus and Mica were originally joined by Mica’s two daughters Sachelle and Shuggy, but the girls decided to opt out of more recent series.

Recently, hairstylist Mica shared an adorable snap of their blended family – which includes Marcus’ rarely-seen son Shiloh and Mica’s youngest son Yash.
It comes after Marcus gave fans a rare glimpse around his home including the rooms that are not seen on TV.
