In an Instagram Story, a Little People, Big World fan asked: "What's it like healing from a C-section?"

A Cesarean delivery (also known as a C-section) has been used to deliver a baby through surgical incisions, typically made in the abdomen and uterus, according to the .

Tori and her husband Zach, 32, share two other children: Lilah, two, and Jackson, five, and welcomed newborn baby boy Josiah in May.

The TLC star jokingly replied: "So like, 10 out of 10, I wouldn't recommend" before giggling.

She continued: "No, I'm kidding! It's not that bad!

"It's not easy. But it's not the end of the world."

Tori concluded: "It feels like it's gotten faster with each C-section."

She captioned the post: "Just ask lots of help and be patient with your body."

The Little People star seemed to be mocking her sister-in-law, who chose a natural birth with her newborn child Radley back in March.

'SO MUCH HARMONY'

Audrey, 30, previously downplayed C-sections and described Radley's birth story as a "harmonious" en caul birth on social media.

En caul is the rare event when a baby is born inside the still-intact amniotic sac, according to

While sharing intimate photos, Audrey described how she gave birth in the bathtub: "My midwife popped the sac while he was still in the water right after he came out, so when I sat up and turned around so she could pass him to me, he had what looked like a deflated balloon over his head.

“Pushing out the sac was a very different experience. I didn’t feel the ring of fire or anything like that.”

She continued: "Labor started peacefully and with a lot of questioning if I was even in labor (so opposite from my other labors) I had the prayed-for intuition to call my midwife, and she had the intuition to tell me to come in.";

Audrey concluded: “The tub filled up just in time for when my contractions started to become intense. That golden hour after birth was pure joy. SO. MUCH. HARMONY.”

Audrey and her husband Jeremy, 31, share two other children: daughter Ember, three, and son Bode, one.

THE FEUD

Tori has been in a long-running feud with Audrey, as the two have not seen eye-to-eye over the years.

Their arguments have been traced back to their differing opinions and beliefs.

Audrey and Jeremy follow a strict Christian lifestyle and promote conservative viewpoints whereas Tori and Zach have adopted more liberal stances.

Fans have also speculated that the Roloff farm is at the center of the feud, as brothers Jeremy and Zach have wanted to run it after their father retired and stepped down.

Unfortunately, the siblings could not agree with patriarch Matt Roloff, 60, who ended up putting about 16 acres of their family's plot for sale.
