Love Island fans accuse Tasha of copying iconic Islander as she asks Andrew to be her boyfriend

LOVE Island fans have accused Tasha Ghouri of taking a leaf out of Molly-Mae Hague's book in the villa.

Back in 2019, show favourite Molly-Mae spent much of her time snuggling not with her boyfriend Tommy Fury, but her beloved cuddly elephant, Ellie-Belly.

The sweet connection with her childhood comforter endeared her to viewers.

Now fans of the show are claiming that Tasha is hoping for the same outcome after she was seen using her teddy during plans to ask Andrew Le Page to be her boyfriend.

Tasha reveals: "I’ve been planning on making Andrew my boyfriend!"

Leaving notes around the villa in special places for the couple for Andrew to find, even using her teddy as a reminder during the segment.

Alongside an array of angry-faced emojis, one person penned: "Tasha, stop trying to make your teddy the new Ellie-Bellie. It's not gonna happen."

Echoing their comments, someone else said: "Why is Tasha trying to copy Molly-Mae by ramming her teddy down everyone's throats?"

While a third remarked: "Tasha, you're not Molly-Mae. Put the teddy down."

Earlier this week, Tasha brutally dumped Billy Brown as she went back to Andrew following his antics in Casa Amor.

The 23-year-old dancer broke down in tears after Andrew begged her to get back together.

The pair - who have been coupled up since day one - have had their fair share of ups and downs in the villa.

During his time in Casa Amor, Andrew got extremely close with Coco Lodge.

Viewers were left lost for words after Coco confessed that Andrew had sucked her nipple during one saucy session under the sheets.

The model confronted Andrew about his actions and told him that she was hurt, but the pair managed the rekindle their spark after a kiss on the terrace just days later.
