The reality star took to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday to film an unboxing of a brand new pair of Balenciaga sneakers.
The TV personality opened the box, removed the price tag and packaging, and peeled away tissue paper to reveal the luxury shoes.
Kayla then picked up one sneaker to give fans a closer look at the tiny hot pink purchase.

The sock-style Balenciaga shoes are worth upwards of $1K, and the MTV star made sure to show off all sides of her daughter Ariah's new kicks.
The Teen Mom captioned her post with a link for fans to buy their own, as well as a 30% discount code.
