LOOSE Women star Nadia Sawalha had a tip for how to cool off in the sizzling heat.
The 57-year-old TV presenter and actress shared a picture of her totally naked in a swimming pool.
Nadia captioned the shot "plump woman skinny dipping" alongside the hashtag "#toohot".
The star posted amid a heatwave that left the UK warmer than parts of the Maldives in the past few days.
She wrote: "Take me back to Greece 2019 !!! Plump woman skinny dipping !! 🏊♂️.
"Anyone else want to rip all their clothes off ?!! If you could click your fingers what holiday would you go back to ???"

Then, referring to her husband, who is often referenced on Loose Women, she added: "Wanna come swimming with me @mark_adderley?"

Nadia isn't afraid so show off her body, regularly teasing Kim Kardashian by recreating her poses at home.
