The pair have seemingly grew closer in recent months, despite Mick being in a relationship with Janine Butcher.

Now, soap stars Danny and Kellie have sparked rumours their characters may get back together.

It comes after the pair were pictured outside filming in a hotel near Walford.

The soap stars - who joined the EastEnders in 2013 - appeared relaxed as they joked around together in a carpark.

Meanwhile, 44-year-old Danny looked smart in a black suit and white shirt as he chatted away to Kellie, 46.

The actor recently revealed that Mick might be killed off when he leaves the BBC One soap later this year.

Danny said: "There’s been a discussion about what we’re gonna do. I might be killed off, I might not.

"I just want to go out in a huge, epic way. I don’t want to be in the back of a cab.

"I don’t want a heart attack because of high cholesterol. I want to go out and I want to get people talking about it. So, yeah, it’s gonna be huge."

He continued: "I might nick a stool out of the Vic. I have already got a stool up in my dressing room.

"I’ll get the cast to sign it and I’ll take it. It’s such an iconic job and I’ve loved every second of it. It’s been amazing. It’s been nearly ten years though, you know?
