TEEN Mom star Taylor Selfridge has broken down in tears in a heartbreaking TikTok about her newborn daughter's health struggle.
Taylor, 27, shared sweet moments of her second child - whom she shares with Cory Wharton, 31 - on .
Back in June, Maya Grace Wharton was born with a form of congenital heart disease.
Maya was diagnosed with Tricuspid Atresia, which is a birth defect of the heart where the valve controls the blood flow, according to .
The nearly 20-second video kickstarted with Taylor bursting into tears.
The Teen Mom OG star covered her chin with a face mask while tending to her daughter in the hospital.

The baby girl was kept inside a protective glass case.
Photos of her sisters were taped to the glass.
Towards the end of the short video, Taylor brought Maya to their home, where her older siblings were waiting to meet her and shower her with kisses.
Taylor wrote: "My little heart baby."

'STAYING POSITIVE'
Also in June, Cory explained in an emotional Instagram post that the "heart's tricuspid valve" had not developed in his little girl.
"This valve plays a part in the heart’s essential function, which is to pump blood between the lungs and body," he said.
Maya had "successful surgery" and was "in the recovery process."
He closed with: "Right now, we are all trying to stay positive and having that successful surgery on Tuesday is something to celebrate."
Shortly after Cory's post, Taylor also shared an emotional message and continued: "This is something I’ve wanted to share with everyone because I found myself looking for other heart mamas out there that know the pain I’m feeling, and I’ve found help through some other moms."
She concluded: "I’m still new to this, but any mothers out there that need someone to talk to, please don’t hesitate because I need you as well."
'IT'S SCARY'
Previously, the MTV couple opened up about Maya's "scary" health diagnosis in a short video and shared an update.
Taylor revealed what was in store for her little girl.
She mentioned: "The first one [surgery] would be the first week of her life. The second would be around six months, and the third would be around two years old.
