HOUSE of Games fans have taken to social media in their droves to complain about the show being axed from the BBC.

With Wimbledon now in full swing, coverage of the annual showpiece has seen it completely take over the BBC, with Novak Djokovic looking to make it four titles in a row at the All England Club.

Tennis will consume the broadcaster's schedule for the next few days - but some have been left infuriated by the move.

As a result, dozens of game show fans - namely those supporting Pointless and House of Games - have taken to Twitter to slam the move.

Alongside an array of angry-faced emojis, one person questioned: "When is House of Games coming back? This is starting to take the p*** now."

While a third added: "Absolutely gutted that there's no House of Games to watch - just because of tennis."

Despite the lack of game shows, viewers will be able to watch Cameron Norrie fly the flag for the United Kingdom on Friday.
