Escape to the Chateau fans have the same question as Dick and Angel share rare pic of extended family

ESCAPE to the Chateau fans were thrilled after Dick and Angel shared rare photo of their extended family.

Dick - who have been documenting his chateau renovations since 2015 with wife Angel - posted a snap with his two younger children, Arthur and Dorothy, alongside his younger brother and his wife.

The TV favourite wrote: "A couple of weekends ago, the Strawbridge's had a visit from Dick's younger brother!"

"Bobby and Andrea hadn't visited The Chateau since Dick and Angel's wedding - so they were busy making up for lost time!"  

But the sweet snap prompted fans to ask if another series of the hit show was in the pipeline.

One wrote: "When is there going to be another series?" followed by a love-heart emoji. 

";Is there a new series coming out soon?" asked a second fan, 

A third echoed: "I need a dose of another series please xx."

Escape to the Chateau fans will have to wait a little longer to find out if their favourite show will be returning.

Last month, the couple recently teased that fans may be treated to ANOTHER spin-off series.

The show first aired in 2016, and since then, there have been eight successful series and a number of spin-offs linked to the programme including Escape to the Chateau: Make, Do and Mend and Chateau DIY.

And they might be adding another one to the list in the near future.

Dick, 62, and Angel, 44, wrote on their website: "We have actually been planning a travel show for a while…

"Unfortunately lockdown has meant that we have had to put this on the backburner…but it’s definitely something we are looking to do in the future, so watch this space!"
