LOVE Island fans are CONVINCED one couple had secret sex on Wednesday night's show as they cosied up under the covers.

Viewers spotted the duvet moving as the pair got into bed together at the end of last night's explosive episode on ITV2.

Jacques, 23, and Paige, 24  made up last night after a furious war of words that saw the rugby player slammed for "gaslighting".

Fans of Love Island were left furious on Tuesday night as they headed for a chat, where Jacques told the paramedic she was "pathetic".

Last night, he issued a grovelling apology to his partner ahead of the re-coupling, where Paige decided to stick with him in a couple.

They cuddled up in bed together after the dramatic evening - and viewers were certain they had seen them have secret sex.

"Jacques and Paige having sex. Yuck," one wrote, as a second chimed in: "Omg Jacques and Paige were having sex."

A third added: "Jacques told Paige to f**k off and called her pathetic and then said he had sex flashbacks of his ex and she’s doing bits with him the next day? Please be serious."

"No wonder Jacques behaves the way he does if he gets rewarded with sex. Paige is making a bit of a fool of herself," a fourth agreed.

It comes after Love Island fans were left infuriated watching Paige and Jacques chat after the heart rate challenge.

Paige was coupled up with Jay Younger after he chose her in the re-coupling last week - but she's made her feeling for Jacques clear.

The couple shared a heart-to-heart over the weekend, where the rugby star admitted he struggled to open up about his emotions.

But they have had a number of disagreements over the past two days, leaving fans questioning his "manipulative" behaviour.

Jacques pulled Paige aside for a chat on Tuesday, after it was revealed his heart rate had been raised the most by his ex Gemma Owen.

Despite Paige insisting she was fine about the mishap, Jacques probed: "I had a good night until the girls started sulking. What are you guys all sulking about? It's a challenge mate."

Looking confused, Paige asked: "What are you coming at me for? Who are you coming at? I know it's not me with that attitude."

"Because your face - you're p***ed off about something so you either tell me or you don't," Jacques went on.

Despite her denials, Jacques pressed again: "You're talking s**t. You may as well just tell me. Did you not enjoy the dance?"

"Are you actually bothered about me and Gem?" he asked, as Paige replied: "It's not exactly great, is it? Could've been any other girl."

"Did you not see what Gem did to me, and I did to Gem? We kept it like a kiss on the cheek," Jacques defended himself.

Paige joked: "Well, maybe that was enough," before the sports star flew off the handle, telling her to "f**k off".

"You're being pathetic," he told her as he stared her down. "I don't understand how you have a problem with that."

Fans flooded Twitter to complain over Jacques' actions, calling him "manipulative" and slamming him for "gaslighting" Paige.

"Jacques has got Paige right where he wants her. With manipulation, fake 'opening up' and knocking down her confidence," one fumed.
