Gemma and the rest of the girls put on their most seductive outfits and gave each boy a lap dance in a bid to raise their heart rate.
Then the boys gave it their best shot.
But some viewers at home weren't happy watching Michael Owen's oldest daughter taking part.
One tweeted: "Gemma is too young for these challenges."

After the first episode viewers were all shocked to discover Gemma's age when she revealed she's just 19.

The surprised Islanders reacted with gasps - as Gemma laughed: "Yeah, not many people expect it."
Paige murmured to the others: "Oh my gosh do you feel old now? See, 24 is old."
"You're not old," Tasha reassured her.
One viewer tweeted: "Gemma is 19? NO WAYYY. I used to look like a teenager at that age.
Another wrote: "Gemma is 19??? I'm nearly 10 years older than her and I look closer to 19 than she does."
Gemma's age has been a huge talking point so far.
Furious fans threatened to call Ofcom over her date with Davide Sanclimenti, 27.
