EastEnders legend returns to the soap this summer and is set to cause chaos
EASTENDERS is bringing back a major legend for a summer storyline.
Big Mo Harris is making a Walford comeback later this year for a limited run of episodes.
Actress Laila Morse will reprise her role for the first time in a year since her big exit in 2021.
She left Walford last year for a life of fun on a cruise ship with her beloved Fat Elvis but Mo is on her way back to Walford.
The biggest schemer of the family, Big Mo is usually up to something not quite legit but just what brings her back this time?
Last seen leaving Jean Slater in a rather unfortunate, and illegal, predicament with a garage full of drugs, Mo has been gone for a while.
Mo is never far away from her family, or trouble, but there is always one thing for certain, things are never quiet when Mo is around.
Speaking about her return, Laila Morse said: “I always have so much fun playing Mo so I can’t wait to get back to the Square and see what mischief she gets up to this time.
“I’ve missed my on-screen family so much and can’t wait to see everyone again.”
The star’s return comes as there is an exodus among cast members of the BBC soap.
Last week Nancy Carter star Maddy Hill bowed out, and this week Tanya Franks has departed the soap.
The Sun also exclusively revealed five further upcoming exits coming.
Daniella Harold has been axed as Lola Pearce with a heartbreaking brain cancer exit storyline.
And The Sun exclusively revealed that the summer will see four more exits from Walford.
Stuart Highway actor Ricky Champ will be leaving the soap after four years.
