QUEENS For The Night sees celebrities transform into drag for a one-off programme.

The ITV show will see celebrities channel their inner drag queens in a competition like no other.

Coronation Street favourite Simon Gregson will be taking up the challenge of being a drag queen for the night.

Simon will be undergoing the ultimate drag makeover which is miles away from what he's used to on the cobbles.

When asked what kind of drag queen he thought he will be, Gregson replied: "I think I’ll be a larger-than-life drag queen, very loud. I think that fits in with me quite well."

Mr Motivator MBE

Mr Motivator MBE, best known for his fitness tips and tricks is preparing to glam up for the night.

He'll take part in a series of challenges in front of a live studio audience where he will try to be crowned the winning Queen.

Speaking about why he decided to take part in the show, he said: "You know what I’m having the time of my life. When you step out of your comfort zone and you do something you’ve never done and to have the support of Asttina who is great.

"It’s just wonderful especially at my wonderful age of nearly 70 (years old)!"

Since Love Island Chris has been building a career in the sporting world.

He is regularly involved in horse racing events so Queens For The Night could be a big change for him.

Talking about his dancing skills, the Love Island star replied: “I can just about manage a Tik Tok dance and that’s as far as it goes.”

George Shelley will be swapping singing for drag as he takes part in the competition.

Since he was announced in the celebrity line-up George has said he is excited to get started.

"The Drag community is absolutely beautiful. It’s colourful, it’s everything that I want from life," he said "For the first time I’m being part of that."

He continued: "I’m able to celebrate being gay and I’m able to celebrate being feminine and being all the parts of myself that I’ve had to keep inside a box for so long."

Ever since his departure from EastEnders, Adam has been taking up other opportunities such as I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!

But now it looks like he up for battling it out to become the best Queen of the night.

When asked if he was nervous about his performance on the show, he replied: "What can possibly go wrong? Well, I can forget my lines for one. I could trip over the dress.

"I could trip over my heels and my wig could fall over my eyes. Who knows what could happen on the night! "

England rugby star Joe Marler will be swapping the pitch for the stage.

He will be taking on the other five contestants in the series of challenges to see who comes out the best Queen.

Marler said he wanted to "try something different" and to "get out of my comfort zone" when asked why he wanted to take part in the show.

Who is on the judging panel?

Household name Lorraine Kelly will be hosting the new programme.

She'll then be joined by the judging panel which is made up of Spice Girl and pop icon Melanie C, stand-up comedian Rob Beckett, World famous Drag artist Courtney Act and star of Bad Education and West End hit Everybody's Talking About Jamie, Layton Williams.

Speaking about the show, Kelly said: “I’m so excited to be hosting this show. I am a huge fan of Drag and can not wait to see a host of well known stars embrace this uniquely wonderful and uplifting skill.
