I know who Davide will go for after splitting from Ekin-Su says Love Island star’s best friend
LOVE Island hunk Davide has been having a tough time finding his dream girl in the villa - but his best friend believes his luck could change if he picks the right girl.
The Italian stallion, 27, and Turkish beauty Ekin-Su, 27, were caught up in a furious row on Friday's show after she kissed newcomer Jay, 28, behind his back.
It escalated into an explosive bust-up - with Davide claiming actress Ekin-Su lost interest after he refused to have sex with her.
Davide's best friend Fabrizio has since defended his outburst and is keen to see him couple up with original Islanders Paige or Tasha.
"At first I thought Davide and Ekin-Su were the perfect match – he loves a fiery girl. I expected Davide not to jump straight in as he’s always been cautious with girls," he told the .
“Ekin-Su had the right to kiss Jay, but she should have been clear with Davide and broken up with him as soon as she felt something for Jay."

Speaking about who he'd like to see Davide couple up next with, he added: “Now Davide needs to move on and I hope someone new comes in for him. Paige or Tasha would be an interesting match for Davide.”
On Friday's episode, Ekin-Su stormed over to Davide, who was with the lads, as he ranted: “They are going to give you an Oscar”
She said: “Go on, do you want to show off even more in front of the boys, Mr perfect body? Go on.”
Davide quipped: “I am just in shock.”

Ekin-Su continued: “Did I hurt your ego?"
Davide raged: “I’m telling you, you are a liar.”
She replied: “You don’t care about me”, and he said: “You are a liar, now I don’t give a s*** about you don’t worry.”
Davide then dropped a huge bomb, telling her: "What do you expect? In the outside world you want to s*** on the first night.
"Here I'm looking for something real - I don't s*** you the first night."
Ekin-Su was left in tears after the fight, but fans at home were distracted by Jacques, 23, who appeared to be trying to hold back from laughing as the couple went at it.
One person tweeted: "Jacques trying not to laugh is me."
Another said: "Jacques reaction is so me right now."
And a third added: "Jacques just laughing in the corner.";

One person who was definitely not laughing was Ekin-Su who was later seen telling the group she felt let down after nobody backed her up.
Davide and Ekin-Su decided not to share a bed after their argument, with him taking the sofa and her keeping the bed.
