LOVE Island fans reacted with uproar after spotting Gemma Owen appearing to wink at her ex Jacques O'Neill.

Michael Owen's daughter, 19, was seen watching the rugby player stripping during last night's challenge.

Cameras honed in on her face then captured what looked like an oh-so-subtle wink.

One viewer tweeted: "Did anyone else see that wink Gemma gave to Jacques, this girl is playing out here."

Another asked: "Did anyone else see Gemma wink at Jacques during the challenge???"

A third wrote: "I swear I saw Gemma wink at Jacques during that challenge!"

It happened soon after Jacques burst out of a mechanic's overalls and reavealing his body yelling: "Full speed ahead, eh."

Paramedic Paige Thorne, who he is coupled up with, was seen clapping along to the music enthusiastically as he stripped.

She said later: "When he came out in his mechanic's outfit I thought Mm, little bit of a snack. Then he look it off and I thought 'I prefer this look.'"
