Love Island reveal explosive reason behind Gemma Owen and Luca’s bust-up – and it involves her ex Jacques
LOVE Island's Gemma Owen's huge bust-up with Luca Bish happened because he called him by her ex's name.
The ITV2 show revealed tonight that their big falling-out, previewed at the end of last night's show, happened because of a major slip-up.

In the row that followed, Gemma, 19, calls Luca, 23, a "pr**k" snapping: "Don't roll your eyes at me."
In sad scenes to air tonight, the Islanders are seen comforting one another after Afia Tonkmor's departure.
But as Gemma and Luca hug, she suffers a slip of the tongue by accidentally calling him Jacques.
Awkwardly, the rugby player is sitting right next to them and Amber laughs: "Did you just call him something else?”

Luca, who has been worried about the new arrival threatening their relationship for days, says: “I know what she said.”
Dami joins the conversation, but only adds to the drama, saying: “Oh my god, there is no way that happened, there is no way that happened."
Paige, who has just coupled up with Jacques, says: “Easy mistake to make, hun.”
With Luca having walked off into the garden, Gemma asks the remaining Islanders: “That was bad wasn’t it?”

Paige tells her: “That was bad, I am not gonna lie, he was stood there, you had your guy rubbing your shoulders, he’s stood there and you’re like… ‘Oh Jacques.’”
Several quick-thinking fans already guessed the reason Gemma and Luca were so unhappy and the end of last night's episode.
One tweeted on Monday evening: "Omg did Gemma call Luca… Jacques maybe?!??"
A second wrote: "Putting my money on it now that Gemma calls Luca 'Jacques' & that's why he's in a mood."
