BEN MITCHELL faces more trauma in upcoming episodes as his wounds are reopened after discovering an item of clothing from the night he was raped.
Weeks have gone by but Ben Mitchell is still dealing with the trauma Lewis Butler left him with.
Next week in EastEnders, his nephew Peter Beale will be getting his own revenge with one cruel gesture.
Ben Mitchell (portrayed by Max Bowden) has tried his best to get on with his life despite the pain he was left with after Lewis Butler (Aidan O'Callaghan) raped him.
Coming up, Ben and Jay return home but Kathy, the first resident to find out her son was raped, quickly realises that Ben is still struggling.
He reluctantly agrees to take his daughter Lexi to a Pride fair in the Square, perhaps in the hopes his spirits can be lifted.
But when the pair get ready, Peter decides to drop off a box of lost property and Lexi pulls out the shirt Lewis was wearing when he attacked Ben.
Overwhelmed with panic, Ben locks himself in the bathroom, leaving nine-year-old Lexi utterly distraught.

Emmerdale spoilers: David’s car crash triggers DESPERATE action
David Metcalfe sees an opportunity to make some of his money worries vanish as he takes advantage of a car accident to try and get compensation.
Metro.co.uk reports that the accident happens when Nicola King (Nicola Wheeler) accidentally smashes into his van.
David has been dealing with money anxieties ever since he confessed that the shop hasn’t been doing well. He was forced to sack Kerry to save money, but with his wedding to Victoria being planned he’s still eager for cash.
So he decides to pretend he was badly injured in the collision with Nicola to get as much money out of her insurers as possible.
David refuses to listen to Brenda, who advises him to do the opposite.
‘HE’S BACK!’ Coronation Street’s Spider RETURNS after 19 years
Corrie’s Spider Nugent makes his long awaited return next week.
Spider was Emily Bishop’s eco-frantic nephew, who is mostly remembered for his relationship with Toyah Battersby.
According to metro.co.uk, Toyah, who is staging a protest against waste incineration, is shocked to find Spider leap into the cab of a bin wagon, taking the seat beside her.
“Long time, no see!”, he exclaims, with a big grin on his face.
Toyah, shocked, asks him what’s he’s doing in Weatherfield.
He replies: “Well, it looked like you were having so much fun, I thought I’d join in!”
Corrie star Charlie de Meo claims new role would please his mum
Corrie celeb Charlie de Melo has announced a massive career change after leaving the famous ITV soap.
The actor’s character Imran Habeeb was recently killed off and he has already discovered his next role.
Swindon Advertiser reports that Charlie shared the amazing news on social media and stated he will be performing on stage in the theatre production of The Clothes They Stood Up In.
He said: "When I first announced to my (utterly bewildered) parents, about 1000 years ago, that I wanted to make a try at being an Actor, my Mum (presumably after the shock and disappointment had worn off) gave me three provisos, if this was the path I wished for myself.
"Three things she wanted for my life and career. Very pleased to say that, as of today, I've ticked the second off that list. This theatre, with this material, with this combination of people involved. I can't wait to get started."
Ex Hollyoaks celeb Gerard McCarthy comes out as non-binary
Hollyoaks celeb Gerard McCarthy has come out as non-binary in a social media post.
Gay Times reports that the celebrity has openly discussed their own gender identity and sexuality during Pride Month.
Taking to Instagram, the 41-year-old came out as non-binary in an emotional post.
“Since I was a child, my relationship with my own sexuality, gender identity and place in this world has always been a rollercoaster of a journey for me,” McCarthy said.

EastEnders’ Rainie faces a tough dilemma this week – get baby Roland back or continue her relationship with Stuart?

Whilst chatting to Mitch, Rainie is clearly torn, but she has no clue that Stuart is listening to their conversation.
This leads him to tell Rainie he’s ending their relationship so that she can have Roland.
Stuart later learns of Rainie’s plan to leave following an earlier conversation she had with Jack, but will he change his mind and realise he needs Rainie to help him with his postnatal depression?

Emmerdale legend Isabel Hodgins’ glamourous life outside the soap
Isabel Hodgins is an Emmerdale legend who has played Victoria Sugden on the ITV show since 2006.
She was just 12-years-old when she arrived on the Yorkshire Dales and has been a key part of the show ever since.
But according to Liverpool Echo, she once nearly gave up her acting dream before landing her massive break in Emmerdale.
She also dated co-star Michael Parr, who played Ross Barton in the ITV show, before they went their separate ways.

Corrie star Kate Spencer has married her fiancé Paul James Walker.
Spencer, who played Grace Vickers on the award-winning soap, shared the happy news on Instagram as she glowed in a series of sweet photos, according to mirror.co.uk.
She shared a post from a friend, which read: "Approximately *this* excited for @katespence17's wedding tomorrow !"
She went on to share a boomerang of herself grinning as she wrote: "I'm gettin' married in the morning. Ding-dong, the bells are ringing!"
Coronation Street celeb applauds man for how he spent his inheritance
A man who lost his disabled sister in childhood has been praised by Corrie stars for using his inheritance to help others.
Rob Martin was still impacted by the death of his teenage sister Pauline from when he was just six, so he used the money inherited from his late mum Kath to publish a children's book Joe and Dusty Save The World.
Manchester Evening News reports that the amazing picture book, which promotes people with disabilities, tells the tale of a young disabled boy called Joe and his trusty support dog Dusty and their adventures together. The novel explores themes of kindness, fun and love.
Joe and Dusty Save The World has received support from celebrity fans including Coronation Street legend Julie Hesmondhalgh, who played the late Hayley Cropper in the soap, and Sarah Gordy MBE, a TV and stage actor who has Down's Syndrome.
They have provided forewords for the book.
Rob and his real-life dog, also called Dusty, have been asked to visit schools and events around the north west to discuss the novel and to suggest why being different is a strength.
Not long after his book was published he was given a late diagnosis of autism. He said: "Suddenly everything started to make sense. Even I could spot that I shared many traits in common with Joe, and when I asked my sister and my husband if they had ever suspected I was autistic, they both said that they had."

The personal trainer decided to escape Walford for a new life in Manchester after boyfriend Zack Hudson cheated on her.
