Love Island fans ’embarrassed’ as they watch Ekin-Su and Davide passionately kiss

LOVE Island fans couldn't stop cringing as Davide and Ekin-Su shared their first kiss.

Davide and Ekin-Su, both 27, coupled up during Friday night's Love Island and have wasted no time getting to know each other.

The Turkish actress had been infatuated with Italian Davide since arriving as a bombshell.

On Friday's show when Luca chose to couple with Gemma Owen it left David with a choice between Ekin-Su, Afia and Paige.

He duly picked Ekin, telling her he loved the compliments she had given him, sealing their partnership with a peck on the cheek.

But before they shared their first proper smooch on the show, Davide told him he was happy with his choice and hoped Luca the best after he stole Gemma from her.

"I'm really happy for this, I think I made the best decision I could make," he told the cameras.

"She always tells me that deep inside I'm a really good guy and I appreciate that she notices this."

The new couple then shared their first kiss during Sunday night's episode, with Ekin-Su initiating the smooch.

She told Davide: "I just want to give you a thank you," as he laughed nervously at her cheesy line.

"Is that ok?" she asked to which Davide less than enthusiatically replied, "yeah why not?"

They then very awkwardly leaned in, not sure where to put their arms before finally getting into an open-mouthed snog.

"Are you happy now," he asked Ekin-Su.

When she said yes, Davide replied, "good I can go to bed now."

Later in the Beach Hut Ekin-Su said: "I feel so happy, I just gave him another kiss, and another kiss led to a peck, and another one, and I was like oh my god, we need to stop."

But viewers at home threatened to report the 'embarrassing' kiss to Ofcom.

"I’m complaining to Ofcom about Davide and Ekin-Su’s kiss cause that should’ve never been shown," wrote one fan on Twitter.

Another added: "That Kiss with Ekin-Su and davide was something."

And a third wrote: "It’s been half an hour and I can’t get that Davide and Ekin-Su snog out of my head."
