Love Island fans all say the same thing as Gemma’s ex Jacques O’Neill arrives in the villa

LOVE Island fans have all complained about how much drama is brewing for breakout star, Gemma Owen.

Rugby league star Jacques, 23, left Michael Owen's daughter Gemma, 19, shocked when he entered the Love Island villa during Friday night's show.

The Castleford Tigers player, 23, left Gemma stunned when he walked into the villa, with her proclaiming: "Oh my god, it's my ex."

But that's not the only shock to come for Gemma as The Sun on Sunday revealed another of the 19-year-old dressage rider’s former hook-ups — Wrexham footballer Cameron Green, 23, — is now waiting on the sidelines to enter the villa.

Fans at home complained that the teenager was getting to much air time and Love Island had turned into 'the Gemma show'.

"If that's gemma's ex boyfriend its actually going to be gemma's show," moaned one viewer on Twitter.

A second added: "The producers are really tryna turn this season into the Gemma show and noone gives a s**t."

And a third wrote: "We didn’t ask for the Gemma show."

The show's latest bombshell will come as Jacques hints at bad blood between him and Gemma in scenes set to air tonight.

After his arrival the other Islanders get to know Jacques, with Afia, 25, asking if his relationship with Gemma ended amicably.

He replies: "I wouldn't say so, maybe not. I'm not sure, but we'll have to find out, won't we?"

Elsewhere, who is now coupled up with Luca Bish, confesses to still having feelings for Jacques, whom she dated for eight months.

Gemma tells the girls: "It’s weird because I still look at him and I do fancy him like 100%, I look at him and I think you are fit, no question, you are fit.”

Paige Thorne, who was left single after Friday night's recoupling, agrees, adding: "Yeah, I think we all look at him and think he’s fit."

Later on Jacques pulls Gemma for a chat to clear the air with his ex after his sudden arrival.

Speaking ahead of his arrival, Jacques said of their relationship: "I split up with my ex and then I was seeing someone else. I was concentrating so much on my rugby and then I had that injury. I think it needs to be the right person, at the right time."

Worryingly for Luca, the hunk said he's not fussed in the slightest about stepping on toes and admits to falling in love easily.

Jacques, from Cumbria, added: “We all think we’re a catch, don’t we? I’m loyal, I’m respectful and I’ve got good manners. I’ll look after someone close to me to the full extent I can.

“I would have a baby in two or three years. I think I’d be good with babies too, they’d be good looking, wouldn’t they?”

Still waiting to make his entrance is Cameron, also 23.

He has spent time at Gemma’s home and met her family after they hooked up.

He also modelled for her beachwear brand and appeared on a promotional post on dad Michael’s Instagram account.

A pal said: “Her family really liked him, especially as he was a sporty, hard-working footballer.

“His entry into the villa later in the season could tug on her heart strings.
