Teen Mom Amber Portwood demands ex Andrew Glennon pay $5K for sharing ‘negative & misleading’ Instagram post about her
TEEN Mom Amber Portwood has demanded her baby daddy Andrew Glennon be held in contempt of court and pay $5,000 for sharing a "negative" Instagram post about her.
In the latest court filing exclusively obtained by The Sun, Amber, 32, lashed out and claimed her ex "violated" the law by implying she hit their son James, 4.
She claimed that Andrew, 38, violated guidelines by "posting negative allegations about a parent on online forums, which is harmful to the parties' child."
The Teen Mom star referenced the August 2021 incident, when she alerted Andrew that the parties’ child had a "sore on the inside of his lip."
"After the parenting time exchange at 7:53 p.m. Father accused Mother of hitting James in their communication.
"Less than 30 minutes later...Father made an Instagram post that stated, 'You hit your baby boy? ...Really?!'"

During their hearing in March, Andrew claimed the post was about someone else, but Amber and her team did not buy his denial.
Amber now wants Andrew to be held in contempt of court for the online allegation.
She would now like Andrew to pay her attorney's fees in the amount of $5,000 within 90 days.

CUSTODY WAR
In court audio previously obtained by The Sun, Andrew revealed his plan to relocate their son away from Amber to live with his mother, Charmaine Witus, in California.
He currently lives with their son in a home Amber owns in Indiana, while she is living in a rental nearby.
Charmaine's Malibu estate sits on over three-acres of property, and her home features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a swimming pool, which can be seen in aerial photos, according to listings.
In testimony during the custody hearing, Andrew's mother revealed there's also a separate guest house where his sister and her fiancé currently reside.
He also is asking for no overnights, and that her parenting time be exercised in California.
