Love Island star’s mum, 60, arrested for child abduction after girl, 8, ‘taken from school’
A LOVE Island star's mum has been arrested on suspicion of child abduction after she "took an eight-year-old girl from school".
Little Darcy went missing from her primary school in Blackpool, Lancashire, at 9am this morning.
The youngster has since been found, and cops confirmed they arrested a 60-year-old woman on suspicion of child abduction.
Cops had launched a hunt for Jane Prior - whose daughter Kendall Rae Knight soared to fame on ITV dating show Love Island - after Darcy vanished.
She appeared on season four of the hit series, alongside stars Dani Dyer, Laura Anderson and Josh Denzel.
Jane knows Darcy, but did not have permission to take her from school.

Supt Becky Smith, of Lancashire Constabulary, earlier said: "While there is no suggestion that Darcy is at any immediate risk we are growing more and more concerned about her welfare as time goes on.
"Jane Prior and Darcy are known to one another but Jane did not have permission to take her from the school and we need to find them both as soon as we can.
"I would appeal to anyone who saw anything suspicious at the school this morning or who sees Darcy in company with an older woman to get in touch immediately.
"Please can anyone in a park or open space or at an amusement park please keep their eyes open.
"Jane, please get in touch with us.
