Jessica confessed that she "wanted to be real" with her 336k followers after explaining that Presley has been "constantly sick" over the past year.

The mum wanted to apologise for not being very active on social media as she's put her son's health first.

Sharing a selection of snaps, including some of her and her boy, and some of Presley lying in his hospital bed, Jessica said: "My lil Prince Nothing in this world means more to me than you being healthy and happy and my heart breaks every time I have to see you unwell constantly.

"I guess my presence on here has been not really here this past year but my focus is always this beautiful boy right here and I just wanted to be real with you all.

"It’s been constant trips to the hospital over the last 9 months whilst trying to keep everything else together.

"Seeing your child constantly sick and the anxiety and stress that comes with it.

"Not being able to just do the things we want to do together and enjoy every moment and I guess what I’m trying to say is health is the real wealth, enjoy every second because there’s nothing more important then your children being healthy and happy.

"I’m so proud of you in every way your the strongest brightest biggest character in the room, intelligent, so loving in every way and you definitely keep me on my toes.

"Looking forward to health and brighter days with you."

Jessica, who shot to fame on first series of Love Island in 2015, welcomed Presley into the world in June 2019.

The reality star announced she was expecting her first child in January that year as she gushed about her excitement to "fall in love forever".

She revealed her "surprise blessing" with fiancé Dan Lawry to fans on Instagram.

Jessica is also mum to her son Teddy, who she sadly lost at 19 weeks pregnant in 2020.

Earlier this year she told how she was at rock bottom after her tragic loss and splitting from her fiance.

The 28-year-old found herself "drowning in grief" after her son Teddy was stillborn.

Five months later, Jessica's relationship with her fiancé Dan Lawry broke down, leaving her as a single mum to son Presley.

The beauty admitted she lost herself and no longer recognised her body in the mirror in the aftermath of her grief.

The 5ft5ins mum went on to drop three stone in weight - going from 12.7st in January 2021 to now being a tiny 9.7st.

"I looked at myself in the mirror and thought 'who is this girl?'," Jessica told The Sun.

"I wasn't looking after myself and I knew I had to change.

"After the break-up I lost all of my confidence. I was focusing on being a mum and ended up neglecting myself.

"I suffered from anxiety and my mental health wasn't great.

"Once you've lost a child you've always got the fear and anxiety of that happening again, so I have to constantly work on myself.

"It's always going to be hard and you're bound to keep going back to that time in your mind, but it's made me who I am. I'm stronger and have grown into a woman.
