Lauren Goodger shows off huge baby bump as Towie legend prepares to give birth to second child

LAUREN Goodger has given fans a look at her growing baby bump as she prepares for her second child.

The former Towie star, 35, is caring for nine-month-old daughter Larose while pregnant with another baby.

Today she revealed she was undergoing pregnancy reflexology to get her ready to give birth again.

Lauren posted a picture of her sitting on the bed smiling with both hands on her bump.

Reflexology is a type of massage that involves applying different amounts of pressure to the feet or hands.

The star tagged in reflexologist Lisa Russell writing: "Honestly it's amazing! I cannot recommend it enough.

"She can tell so much from the feet about the body and it's honestly made me feel so connected with baby.

"When I had Larose I had Lisa do my last session to bring on labour and my waters broke five minutes after the session!

"Honestly it's helped me today so much that one hour of relaxing and breathing and feeling connected with unborn, just the best.

"Love my sessions leading to birth, it's all so true how connected the feet are it's crazy."

Last week Lauren told fans she was "shaking with pain" from the pregnancy and exhausted from being unable to rest.

She posted a video of her daughter saying: "I still haven't rested but I do it all for her. My whole body is shaking in so much pain carrying this baby (bump) and Larose.

"Cried already this morning I am so over whelmed... I hate seeing her uncomfortable stressed or in pain.

"This is why I keep going... but what a proud mumma, I'll look back 1 day at my babies and say that was me 💕."

She later posted a video of a lady soothing a baby with the words: "Remember: they are not giving you a hard time, they are having a hard time."
