The Chase’s Mark Labbett sparks feud rumours as he takes savage swipe at co-stars after missing THREE shows
MARK Labbett has sparked rumours of a feud between him and his The Chase co-stars after he complained about missing THREE shows.
The 56-year-old took to Twitter to share his upset at being overlooked in favour of his colleagues - causing Anne Hegerty aka The Governess to respond in concern.
Mark, known as The Beast on the ITV gameshow, posted: "Sat out three straight games in last position on #BeatTheChasers, 215-1 odds of that happening.
"Looks like I am on the subs bench tonight :(."
One of his followers replied: "You sound upset Beast?"

Mark then cryptically quipped: "Wear a dress, get more shows."
Anne, 63, jumped in and said: "Just WhatsApped you."
When a concerned fan asked what was going on, Anne added: "I sent him a message on our WhatsApp group as I wasn't sure if it was classified information? We're not supposed to chat about backstage stuff publicly."
But we're sure Mark won't be down for too long as he recently confessed he made more money in one month than he had in his life when he banked a whopping £1million.
Mark banked the seven figures after appearing on the US version of The Chase last year, but you won't see him spending it any time soon.
“I didn’t spend any of it, I just made sure pensions are topped up, and my son’s school fees are paid. I don’t need anything or want anything. I wear Clarks shoes and Marks & Spencers suits. I’m too old for fast cars. I’ve got a Volvo.
“I’m one of these guys who doesn’t need anything. I like a nice computer once in a while, I go round the world and it’s my office. I like my food but that’s about it.”
