LOVE Island star Harley Judge looks very different to his time in the villa after taking up bodybuilding.

Harley - who appeared on season three of the ITV2 dating show - is almost unrecognisable after seriously bulking up.

Fans may struggle to recognise the shredded star of the 2017 series since he's gone on to compete in muscle-man contests.

The former reality star, 27, showcased his muscular torso in a series of new snaps.

Harley regularly updates fans on his fitness journey and recently said he was shocked at how different his physical appearance had changed in the last five years.

He wrote: "I worked a manual job which deep down I hated, but it was alright money.

"I trained five times a week, Mon-Fri with the standard bro split. I ate everything in sight and used the excuse of 'getting the calories in'.

"I was drinking multiple times a week and spent half my life hungover because everyone else was."

Discussing his new lifestyle, Harley said: "I think most people in their 20s are probably in a similar position right now so let me tell you this.

"When I decided to transition out of this lifestyle, I actually found my purpose in life.

"I pursued my passion for bodybuilding and I’ve not looked back since - it opened up so many opportunities and I've made the most progress I ever have in the last five years."

He continued: "Physically I gained 30kg of muscle, mentally I’m happier with a much better mindset, I now have a successful business and career I love, I have travelled and competed in multiple countries.

"I have a beautiful girlfriend, with a house and two dogs.

"Don’t think I'm showing off here because that’s not the purpose of this post. I’m just showing people what is possible because believe me, never did I imagine I would be where I am today back then."

Harley's Instagram is packed with pics showing his supremely sculpted arms, pecs and abs.

The star has posted a variety of topless photos and in several images he can be seen flexing his muscles at the gym.

Love Island fans were bowled over by blond-haired Harley's Herculean physique when he appeared on the show five years ago.

During his time in the villa, Harley once coupled up with Amber Davies - who went on to win with Kem Cetinay.

Harley worked as a groundskeeper when he entered the show and went into real estate since his TV fame.
