Jade, 29, was joined by friends and bandmates Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Perrie Edwards for their "last TV interview for a little while".

The band is set to take a break this year after performing across the UK as part of their wide-spread Confetti tour this month.

Little Mix took to Twitter in December to announce that they would be taking time out so they could all "recharge" after their busy tour.

"It's been 10 amazing years, a wonderful non-stop adventure, and we feel the time is right to take a break," the tweet read.

"We are not splitting up - Little Mix are here to stay," they added. "We have plans for more music, tours and performances in the future."

On Tuesday night, Little Mix took to The One Show for their final TV interview, looking back on their impressive career.

During the chat, Jade could be seen getting emotional as she addressed her fans before "disappearing for a little while".

"Thank you for your support over the last ten years," Jade addressed viewers of the show watching from home, looking emotional.

"Thanks for keeping us around for this long - we are honestly so unbelievable grateful for all the support that we've had.

"We really feel that we will miss it and that last show is going to feel really special, getting to do that with the fans all round the world.

"We still pink ourselves that we've got to this point in our career - it's all good and it's all

Casting her eyes down towards the ground and getting choked up, host Alex Jones noted how Jade's "voice get stuck in her throat".

"I could hear your voice getting stuck in your throat there, awh!" Alex could be heard saying, as Jade flapped her hands and replied: "Stop!"

Elsewhere, Jade opened up about all the things she would miss the most about being part of Little Mix ahead of their break.

"No matter what we do moving forward, we've got each other supporting each other - this is all we've known our whole adult lives," she added.

"It's not going to change moving into the future. But I'll miss them being near me 24-7."

Fans were left emotional by the TV interview, and took to Twitter to admit they were "in tears" over the One Show.

"I'm crying, that made me so emotional," one wrote, as a second chimed in alongside a series of crying emojis: "Yes, I'm crying."

"Aw Jade genuinely doesn't want it to end," a third chimed in, as a fourth concluded: "My eyes are sweating watching The One Show."

Earlier this month, Little Mix revealed their timetables will be carefully managed so there is no way they will put new music out at the same time and compete with each other.

Jade, 29, who has signed a solo deal with RCA, added: “It’s just not going to happen. There will be a conscious effort from all of us to make sure of that.”

Leigh-Anne, 30, said their friendship was too precious to risk a head-to-head and the fact they remain so tight-knit will mean they’re able to be open with each other about their solo plans.
