ROCHELLE Humes was left red-faced during a serious interview on This Morning when one of her accessories caused a loud distraction.
The 33-year-old and co-host Phillip Schofield were speaking to Dr Sara Kayat about the link between belly fat and cancer when the incident occured.
As Phillip, 60, introduced Dr Sara there was a lound clang and former The Saturdays singer Rochelle was left looking embarrassed.
Phil asked: "What was that? Was that your bangle?"
As Dr Sara giggled, Rochelle said: "I think I've got to give up the bangle dream. It's time."
Phil then joked: "That wasn't even remotely distracting."
Later on in the show Rochelle was distracted as money-saving expert Alice Beer joined them with her adorable dog Stanley to talk about how to cut the cost of pet care.
Apologising as she giggled, Rochelle said: "I'm distracted by what's happening next to me. Sorry! [Stanley] was just having a real wash and I was trying to block it out.
As the camera cut to Stanley cleaning himself, Phil shouted: "Cut off, Stanley! Just for his dignity.
"Please! What are you thinking? Stop it."

But it wasn't long before Rochelle was cracking up again, as she said: "He's got the leg up as well, he’s just poised to go again."
Rochelle was standing in for Phil's usual co-host Holly Willoughby who has taken the week off to host another ITV show, The Games.
Explaining Holly's absence at the start of the show, Phil said: "Welcome to your Monday morning.
"Rochelle is here all week because Holly is presenting ITV's new show The Games which is live tonight and all week."
