Kourtney, 43, and Travis, 46, held hands as they hit the red carpet in matching ensembles.
The Poosh founder wore a cropped white blouse made from pieces of Travis' outfit reconstructed to fit her with a mermaid-style maxi skirt.
Her rocker beau, for his part, wore a tuxedo jacket, white shirt and kilt-style skirt over a pair of black trousers.
Travis accessorized with a sleek pair of sunglasses.

The couple was all smiles as they stepped out hand-in-hand, but fans seemed to take issue with their usual PDA.
They were slammed as "clingy" by fans on social media.
Others took issue with their outfits – more Kourtney's than Travis'.
One Twitter user quipped: "Kourtney looks like her Spanx are showing."

YOU'RE INVITED
For the first time ever, all five Kardashian sisters – Kim, Khloe, Kylie, Kendall and Kourtney – were invited to the Met Gala.
Kourtney attended with her fiancé, and sister Kim was expected to bring boyfriend Pete Davidson.
Kris Jenner, the reality TV family's matriarch, was in attendance as well.
While chatting with E! News on the red carpet ahead of her daughters' arrivals, Kris revealed that her look – which saw her wearing a flowing yellow gown and a 60s-style hairdo with bangs – was inspired by the late Jackie Kennedy.
Her one-shouldered gown was designed by Oscar de la Renta.
HERE COMES KYLIE
Fans had a lot to say about the Kardashians looks as they arrived on the red carpet.
No one in the family was more buzzed about than Kylie, however.
The youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner kids hit the red carpet in what looked like a wedding dress.
Fans were certain the outfit was a clue that she is secretly married to longtime boyfriend and baby daddy Travis Scott.
Wearing a veil, a snapback hat, and a flowing frilly white gown - she appeared dressed to get married.
The mother-of-two with boyfriend Travis, 30, was accompanied by sister Khloe, 37.
Khloe - previously said to be "too C-list" for the fashion event - glowed in more low-key yet body revealing gold.
"Kylie is giving very much wedding," one fan wrote as the images of her dress flowed across Twitter.
"She looks like she’s about to get married…" wrote another.
Other fans were shocked by the "audacity" of the outfit in general.
"it’s definitely an outfit.." one Twitter user wrote as a fourth noted: "the audacity to wear a snap back to the met (?!!)"
THEY'RE COMING
previously reported that a Conde Nast insider said: "nearly the entire family" will be there.
Although Rob Kardashian was not invited, Kardashians in attendance indeed included Kim with her boyfriend Pete as well as Kourtney with her fiancé Travis - who arrived as Kylie and Khloe did.
Coming solo was Kendall.
Kris attended with boyfriend Corey Gamble.
Kylie's baby daddy Travis was not expected to attend, as the rapper has been keeping a low profile since the November Astroworld mass-casualty event.
Regardless, Kylie's look definitely made sure to pay homage to their relationship - and the direction it could be going in.
Kim's ex, Kanye West, is also expected to snub the acclaimed gala.
Previously, Khloe was not allowed to attend the huge fashion event - Vogue's Editor in Chief Anna Wintour, who has overseen the Met Gala guest list since 1995, was said to regard Khloe as "too C-list" to go.

Sources claimed that sister Kourtney also skipped the event because she didn't want Khloe to feel "left out."
