Emmerdale fans slam pointless feud between Cain Dingle and Al Chapman

EMMERDALE fans have slammed the soap for continuing the feud between Al Chapman and Cain Dingle.

The two men have been at each other’s throats for months despite having very little to do with each other.

And fans are now bored of it after Cain’s plan to split Al and Kerry Wyatt up failed.

But despite Cain’s best efforts to run Al out of the village, Belle intervened to make Kerry see sense.

Heading back home, Kerry found Al with his bags packed ready to leave.

But he didn’t go and instead told her he wanted her to be honest with him.

And so she told him what she felt, insisting: “I’ve been trying to be someone that I’m not. 

“And if you think that’s the Kerry that I am well she’s not going to go the distance.”

Al replied: “Good because it’s the real Kerry that I want. In all her glory.”

Kerry was thrilled and told Al: “She wants you too. Real Kerry can’t get enough of those…”

And as the pair reunited, they went to go inside the cottage but were distracted by Cain walking by.

Al couldn’t resist the urge the let him know his plan to destroy his life had failed.

“I’d ask how your day was going but doesn’t look like it turned out as well as mine, eh?” he said as Cain seethed. 

“Still you must be getting used to that.”

Cain looked furious but viewers are bored of the tepid feud.

One wrote: "What is honestly the point of this so-called 'storyline' between Cain and Al. Pack it in, lads."

A second said: "Is it just me or is this feud between Cain and Al ridiculous. I don't get it."

Another added: "Al is such a petty little man. Cain needs to rise above his silly little games."
