Emmerdale fans all have the same complaint about soap after Meena’s explosive exit

EMMERDALE fans were left frustrated with the "boring" storylines this week after Meena Jutla's explosive exit.

The serial killer - who is played by actress Paige Sandhu in the ITV soap - was sentenced to 75 years behind bars on Monday's episode.

Although many viewers were growing tired of Meena's serial killer antics and wanted it over and done with - other fans have admitted that the show is not the same without her.

One wrote: "I miss fabulous wicked Meena #PaigeSandhu was excellent in this great, original storyline. #Emmerdale"

Another posted: "Bring back Meena. All is forgiven. #Emmerdale"

"Free Meena NOW!!! #Emmerdale," a third fan demanded.

A fourth said: "Can Meena please come back, this episode has been boring. #Emmerdale"

It comes after fans spotted a huge clue that Meena will return to the village after staging a daring prison break.

On Monday's episode, Meena begged for people not to ignore her as she sat alone in her prison cell.

However fans are convinced that this will not be Meena’s final episode.

As it came closer the camera revealed her prison door with her prison officer’s name on it - I Beeker - Ian, the man she convinced to help her escape.

And fans have predicted that he will help her escape in time for October’s 50th anniversary episodes.

One wrote: "And the officer on that cell is I Beeker. Which was the guy she manipulated. Bet you they bring her back for the 50th."

A second said: "Warped, evil Meena is coming back for revenge in October during the big 50th Anniversary week for the show, i'm calling it."

Another added: "Why do I have a feeling Meena will be back for the 50th anniversary?"
