LEAH Charles-King was issued a "final chance" warning from a buyer in a bid to find their dream holiday home in Spain.
The A Place In The Sun presenter helped couple Terry and Susan from Wigan find a property to their liking in Tuesday's episode.
The pair had a budget of £120,000 and were looking for a three-bedroom property in the Costa del Sol.
They were also after somewhere with two bathrooms and a communal pool.
Their holiday home couldn't have too many stairs either as Terry is recovering from knee surgery.
When asked why they were wanted to move to Spain, Terry said "We just feel at home as soon as we get off the plane, everything is just so familiar, and that's why we want to spend our days here."
Even though Leah found their low budget a struggle, she managed to show Terry and Susan four properties.
But the couple were not impressed.
They were either too outdated or lacked the right facilities for Terry.

As Leah was gearing herself up to show them "fifth and final property," Terry warned Leah that this was her "final chance."
Unfortunately, the fifth property was also dismissed.
Terry and Susan decided to put their holiday home hunt on pause save more money.
