Britain’s Got Talent’s Simon Cowell reveals moment son Eric, 8, ‘went crazy’ at him after TWO accidents

SIMON Cowell has revealed his son Eric, 8, read him the riot act when got back on an e-bike after two accidents.

The Britain's Got Talent judge, 62, broke his arm in February after falling from an electric bike, and two years ago broke his back.

And Simon's revelation about his little's boy's reaction gives an interesting insight into who is the boss in their relationship.

Speaking to the , the mogul said: ";I’ve always been very accident prone! Luckily it wasn’t too bad so you learn something from it. But you won’t get me off the bike. 

He then opened up about Eric's reaction when he got caught him on one recently.

Simon explained: "I actually went on one the other day, I was somewhere where I wasn’t on a road and I took my bike with me, and I actually thought, 'I need to get back on my bike'.

"Then Eric saw me and went crazy! He was so mad, he made me walk it. 

He continued: "We were at a hotel so he made me walk it back to the restaurant and then to our room. It’s like role reversal going on now, I’m now the child and he’s the parent, it’s hysterical. 

"The good thing was I wasn’t nervous when I got on it, I really enjoyed it."

Simon vowed however: 'I’m not getting off it! I always say that if you’re going to ride a bike then you’re going to fall off it at some point. It does come with the territory.'

Eric is Simon's child with fiancee Lauren Silverman.

Elsewhere in the chat, the popular judge said he hoped his recent run of bad luck was done and it was time for him to catch a break.

He revealed: 'In one week I broke my arm, lost a tooth and then got Covid. All in a week. They say things happen in threes so hopefully I’m done now!'

Simon recently revealed that despite being in his 60s, he feels two decades younger.

Speaking to The Sun while promoting the new series, Simon said: "65 is the new 40, right? Thank God with whatever we can all look and feel better nowadays.

"I know where you're going with this but it's all about energy. I've seen people at 50 look exhausted, terrible, haven't got it and then I've seen the reverse.

"I've seen people in their 80s who have still got it mentally and feel good running marathons. "
