Khloe Kardashian shows off thinner frame in tight dress as she poses with daughter True, 4, in sweet birthday photoshoot

KHLOE Kardashian showed off her thinner frame in a skintight dress as she celebrated her daughter True’s fourth birthday this week.

The 37-year-old, who has caused some concern with fans over her slimmed-down figure lately, shared photos on Tuesday from a themed photoshoot for her little one’s birthday.

True, who Khloe shares with her ex Tristan Thompson, turned four on Tuesday, and she celebrated with a massive party with her family.

Along with an outlandish affair with all of her loved ones, Khloe’s daughter also enjoyed a fun photoshoot with her mom to commemorate the milestone in her life.

The pair posed for snaps in a room filled with pink, purple, and blue balloons, and a giant decoration of the number four.

Both ladies donned pink dresses, with True wearing a shiny silk frock, while her mom wore a  figure-hugging, bubblegum-colored dress.

Khloe put her thinner frame on display as she wore the skintight ensemble, flaunting her toned arms and hourglass figure.

She captioned the post: “I blinked and you are 4! Happy 4th Birthday my baby!!! 

“I wish I could bottle you up and keep you little forever. At the same time watching you grow into the little lady you are has been the biggest honor of my life. 

“Thank you for choosing me sweet True. My biggest blessing. My sweetest reward. 

“The one who changed my life forever. I love you my special soulmate Xo Mommy”

Followers have become concerned about Khloe’s health after seeing an influx of workout posts and photos of her thinner frame, with one pointing out that her “body looks off” in the latest group photo.

The reality star especially had her followers worried with a recent grueling fitness snap after they noticed they could see her ribs.

Khloe took to her Instagram Stories to share a black and white clip, which caught her stretching before she moved into a downward dog pose.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum’s tiny frame was on full display as she wore high waisted black leggings and a matching sports bra.

Shortly after Khloe shared the post, fans rushed to  to point out that the TV personality appeared super thin in the videos.

Many noted that Khloe looked underweight and drew attention to the fact that her ribs were sticking out.

Khloe- who regularly shares workout videos on social media– sparked concern with the posts following her ex Tristan’s cheating scandal.

His new baby mama, Maralee Nichols, has also been posting gym selfies, sharing updates on her post-baby body.

Aside from showing off her thinner frame in the birthday photos with True, Khloe also flaunted her figure in a new promo image for her family’s Hulu show this week.

In a new group image she posted on Monday, the mother of one posed in a skintight tan dress.

With long sleeves and a turtleneck, the ensemble sat taut across her whole body, showing off her curvy figure.

She captioned the post: “A few more days until the premiere of @kardashianshulu April 14th #thekardashians #Hulu”

While some noted how “beautiful” she looked, others said they couldn’t even recognize her with her very slimmed down figure.

One simply pointed out that the reality star’s “body looks off” in the group photo after her intense workouts the last few months.
