HOLLY Willoughby strips to a swimsuit and sips on booze in a behind-the-scenes look at her new show Freeze The Fear.
The 41-year-old star gave fans a glimpse of the huge outdoors set in a post on Instagram ahead of tonight's launch on BBC1.

In one snap she relaxes in a hot tub with a bottle of beer and flashes a huge smile.
In others Holly pulls on her warmest woolly hat and explores the beautiful snow-topped Italian mountains.
The star captioned her post: "onight on @bbc it’s time to #freezethefear with Wim Hof… see you alongside Lee Mack at 9pm… you are going to LOVE it!"

Freeze The Fear With Wim Hof sees Holly and Lee Mack host an invigorating celebrity challenge series inspired by online sensation Wim Hof.
Holly is a huge believer in Wim's methods. He believes extreme-cold treatments can transform lives, helping people with issues including depression and stress.
To prove it, Wim is going push eight celebrities to the limits of their endurance and see how it affects them.
They are Tamzin Outhwaite, Gabby Logan, Alfie Boe, Owain Wyn Evans, Patrice Evra, Professor Green, Dianne Buswell and Chelcee Grimes.
The gang begin tonight with two challenges.
The first is jumping into a hole cut into a frozen lake, the second abseiling down a 500ft sheer icy cliff.
