The pair have had several additions to their lives in the last few weeks, including a new house and new dog, and rumors are swirling the family could still be growing.
The Teen Mom 2 star, 29, has faced weeks of speculation that she could be expecting a child with her US Army cyber officer boyfriend.
The speculation kicked off when fans thought they could see a "baby bump" in the couple's sexy New Year's Eve photos.
In February, fans again thought they spotted a "bump" when Leah posed in a red velvet dress with Jaylan while attending a fundraiser.

She added fuel to the fire by teasing that she has a "big future" with Jaylan last month.
Leah addressed the pregnancy rumors during a virtual interview with Headliner Chicago earlier this year where she laughed off the comments.
"Listen, there's only so many times you can say that somebody's pregnant."
She joked that Jaylan tells her to "ignore" the comments pointing out a potential baby bump as she countered with a smile: "No, I want to let them know, I was bloated last week. That was not okay!"

But rumors heated up after the couple shared a suggestive video featuring the reality star donning a white dress while kissing her beau on the beach.
Jaylan also appears to be dressed for a special occasion as he sports gray pants, a white shirt, and a white blazer.

DOG DAYS
Leah and Jaylan, 25, have shared many special moments together as they recently welcomed a new addition to their family.
Contrary to the baby speculation that has been circulating, the happy couple introduced fans to the puppy that they adopted.
The military veteran on Instagram of themselves with their dog, which joined the family not long after they purchased their first home together.
Jaylan gushed over the dog, thanking his girlfriend for the four-legged companion.
Her wrote: "Everyone meet my boy Blue. Thank you baby for the surprise @leahmesser."
In the first of several photos, Leah and Jaylan posed side-by-side, holding the puppy in their hands.
In a second, Jaylan posed solo with his pup.
He shared a third that almost mirrored the first snap, while a fourth showed him smiling from ear-to-ear as Leah looked lovingly at the puppy in her arms.
NEW HOMEOWNERS
The duo also took the next step in their relationship and purchased their first home together.
The Teen Mom 2 star and her man shared photos and video of the massive, two-story brick home with their followers.
They held sign on their that said, "SOLD" and "We said yes to the address."
In a video, Jaylan suprised Leah with the massive gift, leading her blindforlfed to the entrace before revealing where they were.
"Oh my god, it’s beautiful!" Leah screeched upon first glance of the house.
That was when Jaylan presented her the keys.
"It’s all yours," he said as the two turned the key into their new knob. "Take it away!"
'NEXT CHAPTER'
On Instagram, the new homeowner : "Surprise! @leahmesser I’m proud of you for selling your first home and so I wanted to surprise you with a new home, our home.
"We deserve this! You deserve this! I can’t wait to build, grow, and create generational wealth, legacy, and opportunities for us and our families. This is to the next chapter and really leveling up!"
He added that the as a black young man from Charlotte, this is a dream come true, before paying special tribute to his new West Virginia home.
"WV has been good to me since 2018… Degrees, Friendships, Opportunities, and now a Family!" he added, before teasing: "STAY TUNED FOR THE GIRLS REACTION!"
Leah added her own special note: "Proud to be a First Time Home Owner! I am so thankful and blessed and still speechless to own this home."
In the comments section, plenty of fans congratulated the couple on such a serious purchase, though many worried the move was too soon.
"Leah is moving too fast in this relationship," one fan commented.
Another added: "She barely knows this guy and she is just moving too fast. I'm hoping the rumors aren't true about her possibly being pregnant."
WHAT COMES NEXT
While chatting with , Leah opened up about the life she envisions with Jaylan, the journey she had to go on to get to where she is in life, and how supportive her kids are of her romantic pursuits.
The TV personality said that they “talk about what we want out of the future” all the time.
“Of course, Jaylan’s never been married,” she said. “He wants that experience and I would never take that away from him.”
