Suzy Merton – played by Martelle Edinborough – looked to have had a spark with Vanessa Woodfrield – played by Michelle Hardwick.

Upcoming episodes will see Vanessa accept the invitation to dinner from Suzy, but her world is thrown into chaos when her phone breaks.

Unable to call Suzy to cancel, she is desperate to make it up to her the next day – dressing to impress for a wine tasting at David’s shop.
