Emmerdale spoilers: Rhona Goskirk throws mum Mary out after vile Marlon Dingle incident
MARLON Dingle's stroke is the source of conflict in the village next week.
Coming up in Emmerdale, Rhona Goskirk is at odds with her mother Mary as the newcomer makes a shocking suggestion.
As Marlon (played by Mark Charnock) is still recovering from his stroke, his fiancée Rhona (Zoe Henry) goes above and beyond to help him during his recovery.
But according to her mother Mary (Louise Jameson), the village vet is spreading herself too thin.
Next week, after Paddy (Dominic Brunt) organises an East egg hunt, allowing Marlon to watch on via video, Rhona is grateful but shocked by how much the activity has taken out of him.
Meanwhile, Mary confides in Faith (Sally Dexter), concerned that the stress of the life of a full-time carer will be too much to handle for Rhona.

Later on, although she is pleased with his progress, the consultant is still worried for Marlon.
Rhona presses her for a timeline on his recovery - which only highlights her urge and her own struggle.
When she arrives home, she lashes out to see Mary with Faith in the pub.
Following her outburst, Mary grows increasingly worried that Marlon's move back home will only increase Rhona's exhaustion.
Mary makes a shocking suggestion, urging Rhona to reconsider the impact of Marlon's recovery on herself and the kids… before talking about a potential separation.
Appalled and horrified at her mother's insensitivity, Rhona throws Mary out.
Mary's arrival in the eponymous - just as her daughter was asking for Marlon's hand in marriage - has already ruffled Rhona's feathers.
This could mostly be due to Mary's personality, as hinted by Louise Jameson.
"I think she probably suffers a little bit with narcissistic personality disorder. You know, a lot of sentences start with 'I', 'I think', 'I that' and things other people do, she relates to herself", the actress said.
"But she thinks she's being very caring. She's incredibly tactless. And very opinionated, although she would see herself as an incredibly generous spirit."
The pair have been estranged for years but their complex relationship could be built on a dark shared secret.
