TEEN Mom star Mackenzie Edwards responded to fans after she was accused of "cultural appropriation" for her controversial choice of headwear.
Mackenzie, 25, added a lengthy message to her recent post.
Recently, the Teen Mom OG alum modeled in her new wardrobe.
The MTV star wore a black and sleeveless v-necked shirt with pure white jeans.
She also carried a pentagon-shaped purse in her hand.
The turban - typically worn by Muslims and Sikhs - which was on her head drew attention from critics.

Mackenzie continued: "Sometimes people love it and sometimes they hate it."
She concluded: "But I think it’s really cool to be different!
"Be your own self, own your own style!"
THE BACKLASH
Teen Mom fans had previously jumped to the comments section and slammed the designer turban on her head.
One fan said: "What the f**k have you got on your head?"
Another fan added: "I could be down with everything but the headpiece."
A third fan mentioned: "This airs on the side of cultural appropriation, no?"
A fourth person wrote: "That's the most white suburban turban I've ever seen. Lots of laughs."
A commentator chimed in: "The point of a turban is to collect your hair.
"But obviously what would this uncultured woman know anything about that?"
LIFE AFTER MTV
Mackenzie's life has changed since she was axed from the reality show along with her husband Ryan, 34, and his parents Jenn and Larry.
The firing came about due to the on-camera fight between Ryan's family, Maci Bookout, 30, and her husband Taylor Kinney during a reunion installment.
Since then, Mackenzie scored a new marketing job and has launched her own fitness company back in March.
According to her LinkedIn profile, Mackenzie began working for Keller Williams Realty as a Marketing Manager in February.
Back in April 2021, Mackenzie filed a business license for Grail Fitness, which The Sun confirmed with the Tennessee Secretary of State.
The address listed for the business is a suite located in a building in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
