Jana Duggar sells Arkansas real estate property for $200K and pockets a whopping $105K profit from major sale

JANA Duggar has sold her Arkansas real estate property for $200,000, as she pocketed a whopping $105,000 profit from the major sale. 

Jana, 32, bought the commercial real estate property located in Springdale, Arkansas for $95,000 back in April 2016.

Now, The Sun can exclusively reveal Jana sold the property on March 31, 2022 for $200,000 to real estate company Mancia Properties. 

The property is 1,612 square feet and was previously a tattoo shop and restaurant before Jana bought the space. 

Most recently, the property was rented out by a business called “Lomok.”

Though Jana is no longer a landlord, she has been owner of Arbor Acres Group since April 11, 2019.

Jana’s current address listed is the family’s compound, as she continues to live with her dad Jim Bob, mom Michelle and younger siblings.

Jana has been dubbed Cinderella Duggar, as she is the oldest Duggar child to be unmarried and cares for her younger siblings. 

She even seemingly still shares a room with her younger sisters. 

In January 2019, she showed off her “nook” on Instagram where she has privacy. 

Her family also built her a greenhouse on the compound, where she tends to her plants. 

Though Jana remains single, she has expressed her desire to find love. 

She said on an episode of : "I used to be a little more strict, I wanted to find someone who would move or is from here.

”But as time goes on, I have found I love to travel more than I thought I did, so if I really loved a guy, I would follow him to the ends of the earth and go where he is.”

She added: "So far, I just haven't found that one but when he comes, he doesn't have to stay in Arkansas. I just have to love you so much I will go with you."
