Teen Mom fans spot NSFW item in background of resurfaced clip of Briana DeJesus’ ex Luis Hernandez with daughter Stella

TEEN Mom fans are convinced they spotted a shocking detail in the back of an old video of Briana DeJesus and her ex Luis Hernandez.

The video from 2017 shows Briana's mom Roxanne shouting at Luis as he holds his and Briana's daughter Stella in his lap.

Roxanne says to Luis: "I've been nice to you this whole time.

"And for you to sit here on this sofa and not even be bothered to make eye contact with me? You're a punk."

She then storms off as Briana walks past and Luis looks down at baby Stella, who is now four.

While Roxanne's rant appeared to take center stage during the tense Teen Mom scene, one viewer noticed she was holding something in her hand that looked like a "weed pen".

Teen Mom fans devastated after Devoin skips daughter's first day of school

Sharing the scene on Reddit, they wrote: "Is that what I think it is? It looks like a weed pen."

Another agreed, "That has to be," and a third added: "Definitely lol. The scalloped head gave it away ha."

However, another user argued that the item could simply be a vape, posting: "She also smokes like a chimney so she may fall into the category of people who think vaping is way better than smoking.

"I feel like weed would serve her and her aggression well…. So it’s probably nicotine."

Briana shares Stella with Luis and has another daughter Nova, 10, with her ex Devoin Austin.

While Devoin has been praised for being so involved in both girls' lives, Luis has been in and out of Stella's.

Earlier this month, Briana revealed Luis is signing away his parental rights to the four-year-old.

On an episode of Teen Mom: Girls’ Night In, she told her sister Brittany that she has found a lawyer willing to take on her case.

While Briana called the lawyer, her sister sang: "We’re taking him to court, we’re taking him to court.” 

Briana claimed last year that Luis is holding a grudge against her for not being with him long-term and is taking his resentment out on his daughter.

STD SCANDAL

Earlier in season 10 of Teen Mom 2, she alleged she contracted an STD from him and admitted she'll "never forgive" Luis for giving her "the clap" and for "ditching" Stella.

"I cut ties with him and, rather than him continue to come around for his daughter, he decided to take the fact that I wouldn’t be with him, after he screwed me over like this, out on Stella," she told
