Along the way she will try out a series of activities, from paddle board yoga to snorkelling and deep-sea diving, so it's essential she takes the right things.
One scene saw Jane packing her bags ready for her next activity, and she gave viewers a glimpse of what was going in.
As well as a swimming costume, Jane then held up the next item and said: "And of course, spare pants."
She then added: "I can't believe I am showing you my pants again."

However, it didn't stop her making a further admission as the camera panned to Jane's zip up leopard-print bag of underwear.
She said with a laugh: "I fold my pants, you think I am mad, don't you?
"I stack them because you can get an awful lot more in when they stand up.
"You never know when you're going to need a spare pair of pants."

Later in the episode, Jane shocked fans by singing DNCE hit, Cake By The Ocean.
The upbeat number, released in 2015, is actually a euphemism for having sex on the beach, so Jane's choice certainly raised a few eyebrows at home.
Taking to Twitter, one fan wrote: "Can I just say I highly recommend you all listen to Jane McDonald’s version of Cake by the ocean. ABSOLUTE BOP, go on you queen."
Another tweeted: "Jane McDonald performing ‘Cake By The Ocean’ is everything I need in life."
A third added: "Everything suddenly better because Jane McDonald is performing Cake by the Ocean in a luxury holiday resort on the beach in Barbados on Channel 5."
