Coronation Street spoilers: Emma Brooker leaves Weatherfield as Jon discovers the truth about his grandad’s death
EMMA Brooker's exit storyline is revealed next week as the character considers a big move away.
Coming up in Coronation Street, the Rovers barmaid is pushed to a confession about Ted's death, right in front of Jon Spear.
Nobody in the cobbles is safe from the truth and neither are Emma (portrayed by actress Alexandra Mardell) nor Faye Windass (Ellie Leach).
For several weeks, Emma has been spending a lot of time with Ted's grandson Jon (Jordan Ford Silver) and kept their budding romance a secret.
But all this is about to change as the truth about the fail pensioner's passing FINALLY comes to light.
In scenes due to air next week, Jon shares his plans to open a beach bar in Australia Emma is stunned to realise she visited the same beach as a child.

She's even more shocked when Jon suggests she move to Australia with him but Emma is still willing to consider it without letting Faye or Craig Tinker (Colson Smith) know.
The cat's out of the bag when Jon returns to the flat upon realising he forgot his phone and Faye sees him.
Things go from bad to worse in later scenes when Emma and Faye are at daggers drawn when Jon unexpectedly arrives.
He demands answers and Faye confesses, again, that they are both responsible for his grandfather's death.
Later on, Emma turns away from the cobbles - but is she running from the law?
Faye and Emma ran over Ted Spear (Duggie Brown) after a New Year's Eve party and the accident formed a blood clot which ultimately resulted in the old man's death.
Since then, both of them have been particularly careful at covering their tracks and Craig Tinker has tried to protect them by quitting his job in the police force.
Off-screen, however, things are different.
Actress Alexandra Mardell was first seen in the Street on April 20, 2018, thus deciding to move on after almost four years in the skin of Steve McDonald and Fiona Middleton's daughter.
