Sam revealed he’s had to give a stool sample

Zara rested her head on poorly Sam’s shoulder in an Instagram selfie and wrote: “Had to take this guy to the hospital. He’s not been very well for the past few weeks and we got some complicated blood results back. Hopefully everything will be OK!”

Earlier in the day Sam filmed a video from his bed in which he said his illness “sucks” before revealing he had to give a stool sample.

He said: “Got a really bad stomach.

“I know I’ve got to be an adult about it, but there’s something about having a number two, turning around and scooping it up, putting it in a jar and then placing in front of a doctor’s eyes that is just getting to me.”
