Kylie Jenner admits she also changed her daughter Stormi’s name years before renaming her baby son Wolf

KYLIE Jenner decided to change her daughter Stormi’s name – years before her recent decision to rename her son Wolf.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum, 24, had intended to call her first child “Stormie” and bought toys and clothes inscribed with that moniker.

However, after a week of calling her daughter “Stormie,” she decided to knock off the “e” on the end and just call her “Stormi.”

Kylie revealed she had been looking at weather-themed names like “Storm,” while chatting to makeup vlogger in 2018.

However, the star wanted the name to end with “ie” like her name does.

She explained: “It was always Stormie with an ‘ie.’ I bought custom things for her that said her name, ‘ie’.

“I bought her the blocks, ‘ie.’ I didn’t fully choose her name, I wanted to have a week of just me and her to see if I wanted to change it.”

The beauty mogul went on: “I had one other name in mind, but Stormi always felt like her name from when she was in the womb. It’s almost like she chose her name.”

Kylie decided to make the jump to “Stormi” – who is now four years old – when she went to finalize the tot’s birth certificate.

“I hung up the phone and I was like ‘damn, guess that’s her name,'” she recalled.

Kylie announced on Monday that she and baby daddy Travis Scott have changed their son’s name from Wolf to something else, claiming it “wasn’t him.”

The reality star – who gave birth to her son last month – wrote on her Instagram Story: “FYI our sons name isn’t Wolf anymore.

“We just really didn’t feel like it was him. Just wanted to share because I keep seeing Wolf everywhere.”

Neither Kylie nor Travis, 30, has revealed what they changed their son’s name to.

TAMMY DRAMA

The decision to switch up their son’s moniker comes amid drama surrounding the name.

Kylie has been accused of stealing the name from her former friend Tammy Hembrow.

The fitness model’s son – born four years prior to the TV star’s – has the same unique name.

On Monday, the young billionaire shared a YouTube video dedicated to her baby boy and her pregnancy journey.

It featured several members of her famous family, including mom Kris Jenner.

Near the end of the emotional video, Kris, 66, sent kind words to her grandson before his birth. 

EMOTIONAL KRIS

She began: “To my new grandchild – who I cannot wait for you to get here – I think about you every day and I’m just really excited to meet you and to welcome you into the family.”

Kris started getting emotional and had to pause to get her words out. 

As her eyes filled with tears she said: “I’m sorry, I’m just filled with lots of emotions. I love you already. You’re coming into the most amazing family. Lots of cousins.

“And you’re going to have the best life because you have the best parents and the best family and I love you.”

The YouTube video, titled “To Our Son,” included messages from all of the Kardashian family, including sisters Kourtney, 42, Kim, 41, Khloe, 37, and Kendall, 26.

The video also included never-before-seen footage from Kylie’s time at the hospital. 

She recorded a selfie video from a hospital bed, smiling and showing off her bump.

The almost 10-minute clip began with her showing a positive pregnancy test.

Kylie, Travis, and their daughter Stormi were shown in the car on their way to a doctor’s appointment together.

“Honestly, you’re days away from a heartbeat,” Kylie was told, as she and her family all smiled in excitement.

Kylie and Travis also gave fans a look inside her son’s room. 

The nursery includes a stunning crib, a $20,550 Louis Vuitton teddy bear and more.

The room boasts a neutral and clean theme, with the walls and furniture all painted white.

Framed photos, white teddy bears and toy elephants line white shelves behind the crib.
